I don't know about other Toni Roni's, but the food at this location is very good. The service at the store is very good. However, the delivery can sometimes take longer than expected. For me, it was a good stop off place on a Saturday when the family was running around doing errands.

I've been a fan of this franchise for years. I frequently visit the city ave and conshohocken locations and always had great food and quick service. This location puzzled me a bit. Atmosphere was a mixture of a saxbys coffee shop and pizza spot. Food was excellent as always but staff wasn't friendly. Seemed that I was interrupting their convos. Wraps are excellent and cheese fries are decent. Slices can be hit or miss but the buffalo chicken wrap is great. They have some competition with chickie and Pete's next door but seem to get the regulars.

I felt the pizza was nothing to write home about. it was mediocre at best. the wings, however, were very good. the chipolte sauce was excellent.

OK, it's a chain - but it's better than Pizza Hut, etc. Pretty decent slices. Convenient for a quick bite if waiting for service at Honda dealer next door. Friendly staff, clean, with lots of seating available.

Had Tony Roni's from a drug rep lunch at my office. It was really good. Antipasto was delicious, as were the stromboli and pizzas. We all enjoyed it. This location has plenty of seating and is very clean!

Best of Philadelphia? I don't know. You don't have to travel far to find pizza in this area, there are many choices. The pizza is just okay. I say pass up bread sticks and definitely order an order of Toni Roni's Fries w/ cheeze whiz or wings. Overall you won't be disappointed. This is a regular Friday night spot for my family and I would recommend it for other families. If you go early enough there are plenty of seats, TV, and a fire place for those cold winter nights. The service is constantly excellent and the staff have always been friendly.

This place make a pretty good white pizza and margherita pizza for a chain... I've been in this location twice. It's always very busy, the dining room is very clean, and the staff does a great job at getting everyone served in a decent amount of time considering how many customers are there at lunchtime...

This was my first time here and the white pizza with veggies on it was amazing! It was quick coming out and the dining room clean! I brought home a regular plain pizza and it was just okay. But the white with caramelized onions, spinach, peppers, etc. was so good! One of the best ever!

Good but single slices are very very greasy and the cheese always slides off. Bread sticks are sometimes hard and seems like not fresh.cheese steaks are very good and the service is very good also. Good for family and friends.

I agree the white pizza is good but other then that I am not impressed with the rest of the food.

The definition of average. Average food, average service, average prices. With such a great exposed location, I'd expect better! Hopefully Chickie's & Pete's gives them some motivation to step up their game!!

Ok they've gotten better. Service is still painfully slow but food is excellent.

It's brand new and they haven't worked out the kinks. The food is tremendous although they need to dry the lettuce on the salads. They would EASILY get 5 stars from me if their customer service was better. We have called for 3 weeks straight and the line just rings for 10 minutes and finally picks up, is answered by a fax machine, or just keeps ringing. I've had to order in the store each time and the staff just doesn't seem concerned that people are obviously so annoyed by the wait times. I've heard several customers complain in line and also saw a family walk out in a huff. I hope things settle down and that they work out the kinks. If so, they'll get my last two stars for 5.

Called to place an order on our way home and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. It would have been longer but we finally gave up. Happy we did since when we drove by there was no one in the place -not busy at all. Why were we put on hold???? We just placed an order with Stacy's. Nice customer service!

I used to really like this place but the pizza quality has decreased over the last few years. A few months back I realized they gave me a pizza that was someone else's and had been out for over two hours. I contacted them and they said they'd give us a coupon for free pizza, which was never received. Today I went in to order pizza for myself and my 3 year old son and they refused to give us cups for water, something they had no problem with in the past. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had to write this one. If you work for the Board of Health, pay these guys a visit. What could've been a fine Drexel Hill establishment turned south real quick. I was just in this place less than an hour ago. We ordered takeout and I actually was a few mins late picking it up. The place was a beehive...all the employees were running around in a frenzy not knowing what was going on. Customers weren't getting their orders on time. Even a couple who just ordered a few slices of pizza for a sit down had to come to the front counter to ask what was going on. I waited awhile for someone to even look at me. Then they lost our order in the system (we ordered online). No apologies from the staff that they messed up. Waited more...the order was now 45 min late. Here's the worst part. As I'm waiting, I'm watching the cook make someone's chicken salad. He's making it without gloves and LICKING HIS HANDS! Whoa, health violation! I cancelled my order. The manager could barely muster an apology. Instead, she just told me that they were 45 min behind...like I should just understand that "pickup in 15 minutes" really means me standing at the front counter annoyed for 45. She whispered an apology as she was giving me my receipt proving the cancelled order. I won't ever go back here knowing that the cooks lick their fingers...and the managers didn't even do anything about it on the spot. Hey, if you want a spit sandwich, come to Tony Rony's! No wonder the flu epidemic is so bad this year. Gross!

Great place to stop with the kids for a few slices of pizza. Their salads are great and the folks working here (on a busy Friday night) couldn't have been nicer. The florentine pizza with spinach and mushrooms was delicious and the Caesar salad was fresh.

Bit of a weird experience yesterday. Eclectic decor for a pizza shop, food was good but service was terrible. I felt like I was "putting out" the staff when trying to order food, they would not accept my Yelp coupon, and they would not substitute a breadstick for the fries with the kids meals. I would rate this place 4 stars for the food, but I gave only 2 stars for the service and overall attitude. Not too surprising that the restaurant was empty at dinner time.

I really don't want to like this place but it's the only place in drexel hill I will order pizza from. They have great thin flat New York style pizza. The different types are all pretty good too. Margarita, tomato pie, and bbq are especially good. As for the rest of the menu. Pretty weak cheesesteak. Salads are decent. Wraps are nothing special. Drexel hill famously has terrible pizza. Every small Greek pizza place in dh makes thicker crust greasy pizza that has no taste and gives you awful heartburn. I've lived in dh my whole life and don't know anyone who eats that stuff I honestly can't figure out how they stay open or where they got that style of pie from.

In Drexel Hill - Tony Roni's really is as good as it gets. Drexel Hill/DelCo has the worst pizza I've ever had to suffer within such a radius, and I've lived in South Florida. I am glad I took a chance on this place. I've been to 3 different Tony Roni's recently, and the MO here appears to be "consistency." The pizza in the Drexel Hill location was as tasty as the pizza in Willow Grove and another one in Philly. But this pizza is the only pizza that had a crunchy crust - the guy at Drexel Hill has skills. We got a Buffalo Chicken pizza that was loaded with lots of white meat chicken but not overloaded with buffalo sauce. It was a great balance and it never got soggy. I have had the salads before and they were delicious and priced affordably. My son is a vegetarian and they have plenty to offer. The tomato pie at Tony Roni has, for me personally, dethroned any tomato pie I have ever enjoyed from Conshy to Philly and back. They were smart to leave samples on the counter in Willow Grove. Again, the crust is perfect and the tomato was not overly salty; it just tasted tomato-licious. This is a great place with lots of parking.

If you have kids, take them here. If you don't, for the love of God, go to a better place for a decent slice of pizza. There is something about this place that kids love. Its clean and has a nice ambiance. There is a good sized seating area with a fireplace & a flat screen t.v. The whole experience reminds of Cici's pizza except this place is nicer but Cici's has better pizza. Pizza and wings are average. When my little sister is in town, I'm sure she'll ask to go here and it won't kill me. However for a really good slice, this is not my jam.

Bad service (order was wrong), delivery was brutal (75 mins), food ( small cheesesteak & pizza is equal to your local dominos). Save your cash for another location or by a frozen that way you know what your going to get!!!

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
